About the course
This facility, which has the fifth oldest golf course in Alberta, is nestled along the shores of Buffalo Lake in a natural rolling setting. The course is parkland in design, with medium width, tree lined fairways, four of which are doglegs. Water comes into play on at least seven holes. The medium sized greens are elevated, flat and fast. The course is quite easy to walk and plays to 2,867-yards. Bashaw Golf Course is perfectly suited for the experienced golfer, yet not too intimidating for the novice player. For additional information contact the pro shop at ((780) 372-2333 or visit the club online at www.bashawgolfclub.com. Signature Hole: 7 - #7 is a very difficult, 382-yard, par 4, with a creek intersecting the landing area. The entire hole doglegs left and plays slightly uphill, through a narrow tree lined gap to the green.
