About the course
This course is located ten minutes from Downtown Calgary in a park-like setting. The course offers something for everyone, including elevated greens and tee boxes, island greens, and dogleg left and right fairways. It is a mature course that challenges a player to use every club in the bag. The signature hole is #17, a 182-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a large island green. Reaching the green with your tee shot does not insure a par, as three putts are frequent. Water comes into play on eight holes, including #4, a 404-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot over a creek that winds through the course. The 6,004-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 73.8 and a slope of 136.
