About the course
This walkable course lies in a natural setting with many trees, which make accurate ball placement crucial to scoring well. Its location is in a park within the city limits. The lush fairways are fully irrigated and they are very well groomed. The signature hole, named "The Hanging Hole," is #2, a 520-yard, par 5, which has a tree with a noose hanging from its branches in the fairway approximately 270 yards from the tee box. A reachable target for many players, however, it is the next shot that can hang you. Should you decide to go for an eagle and try to reach the hidden green that is protected by trees you may find yourself in a lot of trouble. Birdies are quite common on this hole, but aren't those eagles fun to talk about in the clubhouse. The eighteen hole rate is an all-day play fee. Water comes into play on two holes. There is an additional set of tees when playing an eighteen hole round.
