About the course
This course, which was designed and built during World War II for military personnel, is now a public course located near the still-operating air base. The terrain is deceiving. It looks flat from a distance, but once you're on the course the hills become apparent. A creek flows throughout the design affecting play on three holes. The layout is sparsely treed and the greens are undulating.
