About the course
The golf course is harmoniously embedded in the surrounding landscape, close to the Swiss border on French soil. This course enjoys a reputation for being one of the most beautifully located courses in Europe as well as having a specially pleasant international ambience. The most attractive features of this course are its beautiful large forest, lush green meadows and tranquillity. The golfer is offered every opportunity of proving his or her skill and working on his and her tactical game. The course is skilfully designed and offers a lot of variety. Doglegs, many sand traps, large wooded areas and some rather narrow fairways attract your attention during your round. Old trees form the natural obstacles. The first 6 holes are not too difficult. The 7th goes back into the forest. Some water hazards come into play, especially on the 11th bordered by a lake on the right side and well protected by a cluster of trees. A small lake has to be crossed on the 12th hole. The greens are fast and well-protected by bunkers. All in all, a pleasant round of golf and fine "Après-golf" awaits the visitors.
