About the course
The famous Glyfada Golf course is located on the Peninsula of Attica and laid out on wonderful terrain studded with 15,000 pine trees. From the course the golfer may enjoy a scenic view of the Saronic islands and the Peleponese coastline. It challenges your skills and and your handicap. Glyfada Golf Course hosted many international tournaments, i.e. the XI Mediterranean Games in 1991, and other golf competitions like the Heineken Cup, Swissair Pro-Am, Air France Pro-Am, Reuters Cup etc. Glyfada is Greece's most suitable course for holding competitions of international level. Glyfada Golf Course offers all facilities of a modern golf complex: spike bar, two luxury restaurants. Other amenities include: Meeting room, press room, reception and banqueting for 4,000 persons, business centre with communication facilities, space for junior activities, two tennis courts. Other attractions: In the evenings the visitors may enjoy the delicious Greek dishes and amuse themselves at the well-known entertainment centres along the Saronic coast.
