About the course
An abundance of typical plants convey the atmosphere of the Roman countryside. Moreover, the ruins of a landing place on the river Tiber - dating back to 100 B.C. have been restored. The course is enriched by sculptures of contemporary artists. The elegant club house - designed on the basis of modern and functional criteria has the charm and the warmth of a country house. The golf course designed by Davide Mezzacane and Massimo Mannelli and laid out by the American Peter Fazio is suitable for high-level tournaments. The same applies to the two putting greens and the large training course with its indoor teeing-areas. The Parco de' Medici Golf Club is located in the area where five centuries ago Pope Leo X. in the world of Giovanni de' Medici made wonderful shooting parties. Other amenities include: 2 tennis courts, swimming pool.
