About the course
The course has to be considered without doubt among the most prestigious and representative in Italy. The eighteen holes, harmoniously stretch on a naturally undulating land, with the Roman Aquaeduct in the background. The itinerary is interesting and has such features as to ensure entertainment for the players. One of the most testing holes is definitely the 3rd, a 371 metres/406 yards par 4 uphill whose fairway has a tilt towards the left and where you cannot see your drive landing. In order to have an easier second shot, it is advisable to aim on the left side of the fairways. The 7th, a 504 metres/551 yards par 5, has a difficult second shot that has to be played to the left so as to avoid the out-of-bounds. The 12th, a 408 metres/446 yards par 4, dogleg to the right, is on e of the most testing in the whole course. The player should be careful about placing the ball with the drive, in order to be able to see the green when playing second shot. The 18th is on the top of a hill and it is difficult to reach the green with the second shot. Visitors can play probably on weekdays. On most weekends it is impossible to play because of tournaments. Visitors will be allowed to play only if they have a valid handicap. Other amenities include: Swimming pool.
