About the course
This club has two eighteen-hole courses: the difficult Yellow and the more challenging Green. The Yellow course designed by the American Dave Thomas is largely influenced by the American style and is reminiscent of those courses in Florida or Southern California. Fairways lined with pines and palm trees, plenty of water hazards, many dangerous bunkers and well-contoured and good greens make for an interesting round. If there is not too much wind, to play to your handicap should be possible. The Green Course is one of the most famous courses in Spain. Bordering on the sea, the first holes wind through palm trees on flat terrain. Not being a typical links course it has several British characteristics. Although there are plenty of bunkers on the fairways and around the greens they do not pose any real dangers when pitching and chipping onto the green.
