About the course
Novo Sancti Petri is one of the most beautiful and famous courses in Spain. One of the best players in the world, the Spaniard Seve Ballesteros made his dream come true by designing his ideal golf course to practice his sport. To carry this out he used 96 hectares of flat land between the white sandy dunes of the Barrosa beach and the green pine forest of Chiclana. The golf course has three loops of 9 holes (»Mar«, »Centro«, and »Pinos«) that can be played as three eighteen-hole combinations. Each round starts and finishes near the clubhouse. You will need all your playing repertoire here. The characteristic holes are the 6th "Vistamar" with its green right next to the beach and the 18th, where you will find a bunker shaped in the designer's initials - SB. The clubhouse, situated in the heart of the course, offers all facilities and amenities: locker rooms, sauna, bar, restaurant, cafe, TV-room and the pro shop. In the surrounding area there are different complexes: hotels, apartment hotels, a shopping centre, as well as pine forests and green areas. Golf packages and golf passport to play on 5 of the best golf courses in Spain - Islantilla, Novo Sancti Petri, Costa Ballena, Montecastillo, Montenmedio - are available. Other amenities include: Horse-riding. 8 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, soccer, mountain-biking, all water sports on the Barrosa beach.
