About the course
Originally built as a nine-hole course, it was extended to a eighteen-hole championship course, and presents great challenges. The course is set in difficult and permanently changing terrain in the foothills of the Monte Jaizkibel, which is sometimes reminiscent of the courses in Switzerland. Flat fairways alternate with the hilly landscape. The first hole starts off into an oak forest, the 8th is running down a spectacular hill. A small lake, as tricky as it is beautiful, makes the15th green difficult to reach. The lake also borders the 16th tee. The first impression is quite deceptive - it is certainly not a suitable course for beginners. Other amenities include: Swimming pool, tennis courts, children's club.
