About the course
Beadlow Manor has two eighteen-hole courses. Beadlow Manor has breath-taking scenery and some of the finest greens in the county. The gently undulating parkland provides an appropriate challenge for both the accomplished golfer and the relative novice. The Baron Manhattan Course: Water, bunkers and some blind greens make for an interesting round. At the 7th your tee shot is over a lake. Then you turn up hill to a blind green with water. The following 8th plays short most days but when the wind blows it is hard. Small green to hit with hills and out-of-bounds. The 13th plays up hill into the wind. There are two small bunkers next to the green and a small step in the middle of the green. The Baroness Manhattan Course: It starts with a good opening hole, well bunkered with a large green. The 7th is a hard par 4 with a long dog leg and very well bunkered around the green. The 8th green is behind two large bunkers and it is very hard to get your second shot close. The 14th requires to be accurate, there is water on the right and trees on the left. The finishing hole is an excellent par 4, you tee off over water to a two-tiered green and a bunker to the left.
