About the course

This facility has six unique eighteen hole courses and a par 3 nine hole course that are all part of a housing development. This community development has eight lakes, twenty-eight tennis courts and twelve swimming pools. The Berksdale Course was built on flat terrain, and there is a creek that flows throughout the length of the course, coming into play on several holes. This course has wide-open fairways, and the greens are medium-sized. The Country Club Course is tight and has more out-of-bounds stakes lining the holes than the other courses. Water is not a factor on this course. It is a traditional-style course with good size greens. The Highlands Course is carved through hilly terrain, and there are many trees lining its fairways. Water hazards come into play on two holes. The Kingswood Course was rebuilt by Ault, Clark & Associates and reopened in 1994. There is water that surrounds the perimeter of this straightforward and flat course. The Metfield Course is a very challenging executive course with nine par 3's and nine par 4's. It is not your traditional executive course because it winds its way through the hills and has some narrow holes that offer many uneven lies. The locals consider the Scottsdale Course as a schizophrenic course because the easy front nine was built on flat terrain with very few hazards, but the back nine is nothing but trouble. The back nine winds through the hills and is very tight. Water hazards come into play on five holes. Holes #11 through #15 are considered the most demanding stretch of holes on all seven courses. The Branchwood Course, because of the heavily-wooded terrain, is not your normal par 3 course. However, water only comes into play on one hole. Computerized tee times can be made for all of the above courses by calling, (501) 855-8199.
