About the course

Hernando Oaks Golf Club is a master planned golf community featuring an 18 hole championship course designed by architect Scott Pate, and opened for play June, 2003. The lush, rolling fairways are lined with mature, spanish moss covered trees and native grasses. The fairways also have generous landing areas. The large, rolling greens are challenging but fair. Water comes into play on seven holes, and there is ample bunkering throughout the layout. Hernando Oaks plays from 5,099 to 6,905-yards and there are five sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels. For additional information call the pro shop at (352) 799-5393 or visit the club online at www.hernandooaksgolf.com.
