About the course
This retirement community's courses are exclusive to the homeowners, or lessees of no less than six months. Both courses are flat and have greens. The Eighteen Hole Course's signature hole is #12, a 402-yard, par 4, requiring two extremely long shots in order to reach this green in regulation. There are water hazards that come into play on two holes. The Nine Hole Executive Course has water that comes into play on one hole, and the greens are elevated, undulating and small. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.
