About the course
This is considered a true "Florida" course because it was cut out of the natural terrain. Designed by Ron Garl, the course plays 6,800 yards from the tips and has 4 sets of tees. The course was constructed over 180 acres of land, and only two fairways are parallel to each other. The fairways are tree-lined and the medium sized greens are undulating and of moderate speed. The course is best suited for Mid/High handicaps. In addition, water hazards come into play on eleven holes. There are enough hazards to challenge the most experienced of golfer.
