This tight course was built on rolling terrain and has a Civil War historical background. The course's signature hole is #13, a 158-yard, par 3, featuring a waterfall protecting the front of its undulating green. "GOLFWEEK" ranked this course 87th among "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 1997. Jack Nicklaus redesigned the course in 1983.
