About the course
The TPC of Louisiana features a championship, 18-hole course designed by architect Pete Dye. Located on 250 acres just across the Mississippi River from new Orleans, this course plays through gently rolling terrain, and mature trees line many of the fairways. Originally a flat parcel of land, Dye sculpted natural looking undulations into this layout. There are ample hazards, including trees, water and several holes boast giant fairway bunkers that lie in wait of errant shots. The greens are large and challenging to putt. The TPC of Louisiana plays from 5,121 to 7,520-yards and there are five sets of tees to challenge all skill levels. For additional information call the pro shop toll free at (866) NOLA-TPC or visit the club online at www.tpc.com.
