About the course
Springbrook is a challenging 18-hole championship course that is open to the public. The course has a reputation for being extremely well maintained, with greens considered some of the best in Maine. The beauty of the course is enhanced by a brook that meanders through the middle of the course. Beautiful seasonal wildflowers attract occupants for the 150-yard-marker birdhouses! Yellow disks at 150 yds. and red disks at 100 yds. assist players in club
selection. Wildlife abounds in this beautiful country setting. Additional tees have recently been added in order to make Springbrook more player-friendly for golfers of all abilities. The clubhouse and snack bar are housed in a uniquely converted post-and-beam barn, with seating for up to 250. Food served ranges from hotdogs and burgers to on-premise catered banquets and barbecues. Beverages include soft-drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Springbrook hosts both small and large golf outings throughout the April-November season. For additional information call the pro shop at (207) 946-5900 or log on to the club's website at www.springbrookgolfclub.com.
