About the course
This spectacular resort offers two excellent mountain courses. The Mount Washington Course was built on flat terrain and features some wide open holes. The fairways vary in width, and the greens are large and fast. The signature hole is #14, a 235-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot down a narrow fairway that is tightly tree lined on the right to a small green. The Mount Pleasant Course is laid out in the valley of the Ammonoosuc River. It has narrower fairways, and is a links-style Scottish course with man-made mounds that can cause many uneven lies. The signature hole is #3, a 446-yard, par 4, requiring a shot over water. There is a river that flows throughout both courses that comes into play on many holes.
