About the course
This very hilly course has small greens and narrow tree-lined fairways. Water hazards (three ponds) come into play on four holes. The longest hole is #3, a 485-yard, par 5, requiring a tee shot up a slight dogleg left fairway. Orrin Smith redesigned the course in the 1930's, and Phil Wogan designed a new back nine in 1991.
