About the course
Located a short drive from Atlantic City, Twisted Dune opened for play May 2001. This superb linksland layout is designed by Archie Struthers, and boasts tall grass covered sand hills and well over 100 bunkers. Construction of the course began in 1989 on what was once a horse farm. This track is long, playing from 7,336 yards from the tips to 5,870 from the forward tees. The course is also quite broad, with fairways averaging 60 to 70 yards in width. The greens are firm and fast, but not heavily undulated.
