About the course
This club, purchased by new owners in 1995, expanded to eighteen holes in 1998. The new nine is much shorter and tighter than the original nine holes. The greens are medium in dimension and feature a flat, easy-to-read putting surface. The fairways are tree lined. The signature hole is #13, a 115-yard, par 3, which has an elevated tee box that sits nearly fifty feet above a green that is nestled in a shell pit. Rock surrounds the green and there is no grass between the tee and the green. The original nine holes features contoured fairways that are in great shape, and small greens that are well manicured, undulating, fast, and easy to three putt. A pond comes into play, but no sand bunkers. The most difficult hole is #6, a 375-yard, par 4, requiring an uphill tee shot to a dogleg right fairway, then a downhill approach to a green protected by woods on the right.
