About the course
This well-maintained course features extremely wide fairways, so don't be afraid to break out the driver. This is a very demanding course because there are numerous trees that can affect your shots. Water hazards (lakes) come into play on at least six separate occasions, including on hole #11, a 192-yard, par 3, which has a lake sitting down the whole right side of the green. "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 5th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996, and 8th among "America's Top 75 Affordable Courses" from their list of "America's Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play." They also awarded it 24th among the "Top 75 Public Courses" for 1990, and rated it the 8th "Best in State" course for the years 1995 through 1998. The Oregon toll free number is (800) 452-6376.
