This shotmaker's course has small greens that are severely sloped. There are many deep sand bunkers that come into play throughout the course. Most of the fairways are narrow. In recent years, this club has hosted the Carolina's Four Ball Tournament, South Carolina's Women's Amateur Tournament, South Carolina's Senior Women's Amateur Tournament and South Carolina's Men’s Amateur Tournament.
