About the course
This course was built on rolling hills, which is quite unusual for this area. The average-width fairways have some trees that can affect your shots. The greens are tiered and well manicured. Water hazards (lakes, ponds, creeks, ditches) come into play on several holes, and grass and waste bunkers have also been incorporated into the design. "GOLFWEEK" selected this course 85th among "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 2001. It is also home club of GOLF MAGAZINE's TOP 100 Instructor Carol Preisinger.
