About the course
This heavily-wooded course is surrounded by mountains and the design features many changes in elevation. The fairways are fairly narrow with the front nine being mostly open and the back nine completely in the woods. Water hazards come into play on eight holes, and sand bunkers are scattered both on the fairways and around the greens. The greens are fairly large, undulating and medium in speed. The course was once rated as the 4th "Best Private Course" in the State of Vermont by "Golf Digest." The total yardage for the championship tee is an approximation, no exact figure is available.
