About the course
This challenging course has tree-lined fairways and small, flat greens that are well bunkered. The signature hole is #16, a 265-yard, par 4, which was nicknamed "Hogan's Alley" because of its straight and narrow design. Frank James designed the back nine, which was added in 1928, and Ken Tucker and Boyd Gourley, Ted Robinson, and John Steidel have since done redesigns on the course.
