About the course
Cannes-Mougins, renowned worldwide, is ideally located between Sophia Antipos technopole and the cities of Cannes and Mougins and has prestigious Honorary Members such as H.H. Sir Shah Aga Khan, S.A.S. le Prince de Monaco, le Baron and la Barnonne de Rothschild, just to mention a few. For many years this was the region's most prestigious and best-kept golf courses. Laid out in a charming natural landscape, Cannes-Mougins is a course of challenges but it also gives amateurs a great deal of pleasure. Its appeal tend to hide the real difficulties. There are not many water hazards, but all are strategically placed. A stream winding through the course, bordering some of the fairways and water hazards close to the greens permits a challenging and exciting game. Cannes-Mougins has been the host of important competitions, such as the European Open since 1980. Courses nearby: Saint-Thomas, Fontcaude.
